Directions for Elderberry kit:

Add all ingredients plus 4 cups of filtered water to a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for 1 hour until the liquid is reduced by half. Strain and press liquid out of the berries. Add 1 cup of raw unfiltered honey when cool and mix well. May store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Or freeze in icecube trays. Do not consume raw berries.
